I can easily tell my superior when I am free to work or accommodate other shifts.

There can be challenges in trading shifts. The software reaches out to many employees at once so there’s competition for open shifts.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to solve conflicts in work schedule quickly and easily. And since this platform makes it easy to put in on the available time for work, it is surely a great help for working students. The platform is also user-friendly so even the least tech-savvy users will learn how to use it.
