Schedule management has never been so easy

What are the best aspects of this product?

The best thing about this software for me, an employee, is that I really feel like I have control when it comes to coming up with my schedule. I can use it to look not just at my own schedule but also at what shifts my co-workers are taking. I can use it to pick up shifts, drop shifts, or swap them with other people. It really is a convenient system that makes me feel free to fix my schedule the way I want.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think their app on mobile could use some improvement, specifically when it comes to notifications on things like shift swaps or shift drops. Maybe something else other than emails? Because what happens is I get buried in emails whenever this happens. I want a method where I get notified but don't get barraged by emails.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The place I work has really utilized this software to automate the process of shift scheduling, and it has really benefitted all of us. it can be used to handle and manage the schedule of hundreds of employees, and employees like me can utilize it to find people to cover for our shifts if needed.
