What are the best aspects of this product?

The best perk I’ve experienced using this software is the ease of reaching out to colleagues when I can’t make it to work and needs a substitute. The software has the contact information of all my co-workers and allows everyone to access and view real time schedules.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if there is an option to reserve a specific fitness class I couldn’t take for a particular colleague so no one else could have it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This software eliminates the hassles of searching for a colleague who can take over my job when I’m not available. It reaches out to several employees in the company at once, making it easier to find who is willing to fill the spot. Aside from that, we can view everyone’s schedule and see the open shifts available.
