This is the ultimate change and versioning tracking tool. Not only does it pledge transparency for all parties involved in a project, but it also sends out notifications to inform everyone whenever a file has been altered.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It takes a while for the folders to be cleaned up/ The only workaround we've found so far is to force run the files for it to refresh.
