What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm a writer by profession and we use MadCap Flare to keep our tasks organized. I love how Subversion integrates well with this tool. It keeps versions of the files I make so that I don't lose anything.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Branching in Subversion can be a little difficult to use. Plus, not everything is smooth-sailing with its MadCap Flare integration.
