Definition of quality learning

What are the best aspects of this product?

When I only remember the doubts I had at the beginning! They were unjustified, but being skeptic is still a good thing-otherwise, I wouldn't have discovered SuccessFactors! We used to have 3 separate platforms to track global learning, and we switched according to our tasks (monitoring, tracking, evaluating). SuccessFactors brought those in the same bag, and I hoestly think its developers knew better how to improve planning and milestones than we did. Luckily for us, they were always around to lend a hand in difficulty, we learned so much from them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am so ashamed to have doubted this program! It is absolutely perfect!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We predict and organize the learning needs of our employees, and that's only possible because of the solid connection between training and regulatory compliance. For an industry that bears such administrative burden, SuccessFactors is the discovery of a life time!
