Pros: They offer full-coverage talent suite for companies similar to ours, and we've seen the consequences on busines results. We operate in a field that requires an open eye for innovations, and that's what Successfactors does for us-it helps us upgrate talent to respond to new market needs.

Cons: We didn't implement Succession and Compensation on time, and that costed much more than actally paying for them in the right moment. I can't wait to have to full suite on my disposal.

Pros: I was a system administrator beween 2008 and 2010 and had the chance to work with the software succession module. Their interface included Flash, and I could describe it as the most sophisticated one I've worked with so far. Customization was a fair deal too, I got to orgaize content my way, and to showcase only information that was relevant to me. Bugs were almost non-existent, which proves there is some heavy-testing prior to every release.

Cons: Not that quick and not that well-connected. Back in the days, there was no option to assign clients as Client Success Managers, and launching Succesion tasks required special work orders. Overall, I took admins some time to cope with the work, but as I said that was back in the days. It should be better now, I think.
