Pros:
They offer full-coverage talent suite for companies similar to ours, and we've seen the consequences on busines results. We operate in a field that requires an open eye for innovations, and that's what Successfactors does for us-it helps us upgrate talent to respond to new market needs.

Cons:
We didn't implement Succession and Compensation on time, and that costed much more than actally paying for them in the right moment. I can't wait to have to full suite on my disposal.

Pros:
When I only remember the doubts I had at the beginning! They were unjustified, but being skeptic is still a good thing-otherwise, I wouldn't have discovered SuccessFactors! We used to have 3 separate platforms to track global learning, and we switched according to our tasks (monitoring, tracking, evaluating). SuccessFactors brought those in the same bag, and I hoestly think its developers knew better how to improve planning and milestones than we did. Luckily for us, they were always around to lend a hand in difficulty, we learned so much from them.

I am so ashamed to have doubted this program! It is absolutely perfect!
