What are the best aspects of this product?

I love their futuristc approach, especially the way they treat elearning. Patch by patch, I realized they do care about their feedback, and are doing the impossible to improve our experience.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For the time being, we are working as a validated SaaS on premise, and we're purusing cloud transition. It is complicated to use SuccessFactors in such situation because we have a 6-months release schedule, and our customization efforts disappear each time we upgrade.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Validated learning is the core of our business, and we simply can't settle for anything but a great system. Choosing SuccessFactors was the best decision we made, especially if you ask our Life Scientists group memebers. Everything is done on time, and business requirements are met appropriately.
