The platform is a great tool to share with other departments. Using it makes it very quick to share and update information online.

So far everything in my department has been working so they should keep up the excellent work.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The process of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding people can be quite cumbersome for HR specialists. Most of them feel that they have too much work on their plate, which leads to mistakes and lapses in the process. But things started to change when we started using SAP Success Factors. Everything is well organized and accounted for from contracts, pre-employment requirements, training modules, etc. This seamless process is something that contributes to the high morale of our employees.
