What are the best aspects of this product?
I've been using this tool since I was an Intern until I transitioned as a full-time HR practitioner. I've always been impressed with SAP Successfactors because of the user-friendly layout that makes it a crowd favorite among employees. It's also known for its cloud-based functionality, making it easy for you to use the platform wherever you may be. As long as you have an internet connection, then you can get some work done on your end. Lastly, it works well with other tools like Skype and Zoom, making it more enjoyable.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
One of the things that I don't like much about SAP Successfactors is its price because I find it costly, which is something that I would not think of recommending to new business owners. I would suggest that they should come up with other packages that are more affordable so they could gain more long term clients. Another thing that I dislike about the product is that it's highly dependent on Internet connectivity. So you won't get any work done if you have a weak or poor connection in your area.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
As an HR specialist, I can say that using this platform is very useful in my work line. Its highly recommended to use as an employee database, analyze employee contracts, expedite hiring processes, improve collaboration, gather feedback, and so much more.
