What are the best aspects of this product?

IT is one of the smartest tools that I have ever used in my entire career. I was quickly impressed with SAP SuccessFactors because of its reporting capabilities. It can also be utilized for other purposes such as training, onboarding, and measurement of both individual and group output.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are times wherein pulling out performance reports can take so much time. It would be nice we can have any kind of data readily available.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There is no need to store and run data from other sources and 3rd party apps. Everything can be found in SAP Success Factors making things convenient for everyone.
