SAP ensures that all users are well aware of their responsibilities by regularly monitoring their assigned work and running performance. Also, using SAP keeps you on top of your game because it allows you to receive constructive feedback from your superior or your colleagues to find ways to improve yourself.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’m looking forward to getting a better experience using SAP soon. Meanwhile, to attain this, I guess they would have to improve and even upgrade their existing features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps ease up our workload because of its numerous functions. I can easily keep track of past and present performance and take good care of admin tasks simultaneously. Also, it gives employees access to their payslips, which are kept confidential at all times.
