What are the best aspects of this product?
Clearly and logically organized modules, just as we expected them to be. The product is easy to use, applicable for sharing information too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Data sets are not well connected, we have issues pulling reports from multiple modules at ones.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our HR department uses SuccessFactors to distribute information among our employees, and to make sure everybody knows what to do. We believe emoloyees are satisifed as well, at least they get to discuss their performance evaluation, and to plan their carrer in a more interesting way.
