The user interface lacks visual appeal, which is very important, so users would be encouraged to use the tool more often. I would suggest that they change the fonts and create more colorful backgrounds to heighten the user's experience.

It’s easier for me to approve the employee leaves in advance and plan the overall schedule. I am also confident with my team’s performance because I can easily access their stats and provide real-time coaching feedback. SAP SuccessFactors also helps me keep track of our spending, ensuring that my team and I don’t go beyond our allocated quarterly budgets.
