What are the best aspects of this product?

They offer full-coverage talent suite for companies similar to ours, and we've seen the consequences on busines results. We operate in a field that requires an open eye for innovations, and that's what Successfactors does for us-it helps us upgrate talent to respond to new market needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We didn't implement Succession and Compensation on time, and that costed much more than actally paying for them in the right moment. I can't wait to have to full suite on my disposal.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We lacked a core HR system to put and manage data, and now we have one that is actually functional and friendly to use. We also needed good training capacity, because we have a very diverse employee base which makes it hard to track and to assign learning. Our employees feel more supported now.
