Consider it for flawless reporting, even if you’re running a large scale business. You'll love how it pulls reports, exports info and keeps it organized, and that's just the beginning of it! Mastering the system will enable you to proxy in for approval, and to audit actions separately (per role).

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If I could, I'd choose a different way to enter data and to browse. There is a search tool, obviously, but one that gives you a hard time to look for information and to summarize the results you receive.

I love our flawless HR operation for every recruiting action we perform. We create all sorts of reports, even ones for specific roles and business departements.
