What are the best aspects of this product?
I'd tell the SF team to proud of what they do, I've ever seen so many capabilities wrapped in a single product. One could see from the very first moment that the system was designed by amazing professionals with history of knowledge and business experience.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I'll be frank to prosepective users, support is not reliable! Some team members didn't even know it existed, they wandered between layers and tried multiple times until an issue was resolved. Their release management could also use some improvement, it breaks my processes when I really don't expect it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It's not like we are some trend maniacs, but online HR Talent is something you can’t stay behind with. It is simply indispensible to track performance, at least to appreciate work well done. It saves our time, and it makes merits and bonuses go seamlessly.
