PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

- Allows you to create your own modules based on your needs
- Comes with freely available modules
- You can either customize using a modular builder or go for bespoke customization
- Best part is it does not ask for any expensive software add-ons unlike others
- Out of the box, functionalities makes troubleshooting a lot easier

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

- It could be challenging for a new user as he/she may not understand the tweaking of modules
- Customization can only be done when the core codes are twisted, which may cause a bad code error.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Modules are mostly free and can be easily extended based on requirements through admin panel

All you need is a little tweak by the developers and you are good to go for using SuiteCRM as per your needs. A must use for start-ups who are looking for substantial growth in business.
