What are the best aspects of this product?

SuiteCRM helps us provide better customer service and improve our sales and marketing strategies. It helps us get the most out of email marketing and lead capture pages. It also allows us to gain insights into our market through satisfaction ratings. As a result, we are getting more regular clients as well as prospective ones.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We sometimes encounter issues with regard to updating the mobile version of the software. We resolve this by restarting our device. This minor concern aside, we are happy with SuiteCRM.
