With this software's survey features, we gain a better understanding of our client's needs. It helps us assess our services and identify improvement points. It also has features that allow us for easy tracking of calls and sending product notifications. On top of it all, this software can be used free of charge.

It can be quite challenging to install and learn how to use and navigate this software. We are also unable to access its mobile application.
