What are the best aspects of this product?
SuiteCRM has all the features that we are looking for in a lead management software. It also has several great integrations for automating sales force and marketing, managing client relations, and gathering analytics data, among others.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have nothing to dislike about the software itself. It works well and has a great interface. I only wish their support team would be more responsive as they have been slow to respond to customers in my experience.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use SuiteCRM primarily for managing and following up on leads. We also use it for managing employees and records. We very much appreciate its user-friendliness.
