One of the best CRM tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

SuiteCRM allows us to create custom fields and logic hoops. It has a studio tool that enables us to change module views. We use this software for creating reports. We like how it eliminates the need to use another tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are times when the email module is slow to load. The UI design of the software could also use some improvements.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

SuiteCRM is equipped with many features. We rely on it for building modules.
