What are the best aspects of this product?

SuiteCRM has a complete set of features and is able to cater to a wide range of company sales, communications, and client management needs. It also has survey features that enable companies to gather feedback from clients and identify improvement points.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be quite challenging to install and it offers fewer options than ideal. The mobile application would be better with a more modern design. Despite having a few setbacks, this software remains to be one of the best CRM tools. It is comprehensive and cost-friendly.

We are able to communicate better with our customers using this software. It is user-friendly and has features for sales tracking and record-keeping as well. It has helped us save a lot of money and grow our business.
