Gets the needs of its core users

What are the best aspects of this product?

SumoMe really gets the needs of their core users — the marketers. They've made their tools super efficient to implement and the software analytics are top-notch. They seem to be constantly evolving by adding new tools, templates and features. Most importantly though, they've built tools that actually work on driving leads.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I initially had some issues with their Welcome Mat tool displaying campaigns that were turned off, but it seems to have been resolved. Other than that, I have no complaints at all.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My job is to drive and capture qualified leads. As such, this tool has been helpful for me in making sure that the traffic I'm driving to our site doesn't go to waste by missing out on capturing a prospects information.
