What are the best aspects of this product?
SuMo saves me a lot of time and I can spend my time in focusing on my goals, coaching and development with my team. This tool motivates team members to follow up leads so they can increase their activities, and spreads best practices across the team. In the past I had to manually report on all activities by driving our KPI’s and Manage the team. Now, SuMo does the work for me, and spreads competitive spirit in a friendly manner across the company. I am able to coach the team, to deliver stable forecast thanks to the underlying data that Sumo provides me with.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is nothing to dislike about this product. When I have taken down the program, I get asked by my team where the Sumo is? In our company we work on our progress and we use many solutions but we haven’t find anything like SuMo.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We have experienced 230% increase in lead response-time, and the conversion rates is still growing. We have 140% increase in pipeline and 100% in call note capture. Percentage speaks more than any words.
