What are the best aspects of this product?
SuMo is easy to use, confident and secure tool that ensures no data will be lost, allows the users to achieve their success faster by motivating them. It works perfect with Salesforce, the integration itself is simple, user-friendly. What I love is that this product works great with other custom objects and fields that are added to Salesforce. I use it to motivate my team so they can follow up the leads confidently and quickly. Before using this software I needed to create and maintain excel sheets manually for every actions that drive our sales teams locally and globally, so they can be more productive. This product is built for creating competitive and yet healthy environment. Keeps track of the performance of each member of the team. This tool is great for both end-user and admins. It offers great ideas and suggestions on how to increase our performances, maintain our success rates and many other suggestions. Users are allowed to follow all business processes, to contact the follow ups and pipeline opportunities, they are even able to convert the leads into clients.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
SuMo is cloud-based and it is built on Salesforce, and I’m concerned about the security. The maintenance can be complicated for beginners.
