Great solution for motivating our employees

What are the best aspects of this product?

We had great experience with SuMo Motivate, we were able to implement a fun and engaging program in order to achieve our goals. They have done everything to meet all our needs and requests, instead of just using the “out-of-the-box” options, they were especially helpful when we wanted to launch the program, I have to say that they did the work for us, they have provided awesome and detailed presentation.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have found that there were some limitations with some requests, but we know that this was the issue with Salesforce itself not with SuMo.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We used it as a tool to engage our employees and to encourage the user adoption of the program. We were provided with the record of daily activities and tasks.
