A fantastic survey tool there is!

What are the best aspects of this product?

SurveyGizmo happens to be the best survey tool in the market. I've dealt with other third party survey tools and nothing even comes close to SurveyGizmo. It happens to be the first SaaS platform I pushed for my CEO to go for without our startup steadily growing. So far, it's still a great tool to own.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing much, really. Expect a bit of a learning curve in utilizing some of its intricate functionality. But for the most part, it's simple and does a great job in getting a lot of things done.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

SurveyGizmo was a thing to begin with in client surveys. It grew to be an ideal default tool for external and internal data capture. We've custom-coded it so it can function as a mini-web app for some internal function. So far, we had a hard time struggling to spot anything that SurveyGizmo can't do.
