A great set of survey tools with robust capabilities!

What are the best aspects of this product?

SurveyGizom tremedously helped us in making surveys that gave significant insight in our customer and patron experience. There are a number of options available online for survey building and reporting. But I think this tool is the best when it comes to use, features, and overall value. We're able to make just about anything with its whether it's radio buttons, checkbox surveys, and customized questions. It's a great choice if you happen to be making surveys for the very first time!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While there plenty of nice things with SurveyGizmo, it does have its shared tech downers. These issues can be seen after constant and extended use. Its reporting functionality has some odd quirks that significantly slows down the work process especially when switching to a format on how answers will end up being displayed in the summary report. In terms of updates, they update and change things frequently, which is a good and bad thing (the good: older issues are resolved; and the bad: menus/elements are changed or moved someplace else).

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Like any other survey tool, the main goal is to gain more knowledge. We're understanding the benefits that come with it. Now, we're able to swiftly build new survey and put them out live whenenver we're in need of newer information. The surveys we make are aimed at different customer types and we've had internal successes with them. A majority of good survey software today has these benefits, but we feek SurveyGizmo is the best since it's robust and simple to utilize.
