What are the best aspects of this product?

With SurveyGizmo, we're able to make and send survey to potential clients. We get to learn how they feel with our latest prodcuts while shraing links our survey to shoppers, employees, customers, and etc... to gathered our desired data. It helps us manage our surveys conveniently. It's able to make polls, quizzes, and surveys within minutes. It's user-friendly and assists in report sharing and generation.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At times, login via Google service wouldn't function. Maybe their devs should alter their focus on such issue. That would be a big improvement from them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Survey application can be made to gather data from employess, customers, and other people. Mangagement of survey can done through SurveyGizmo. Collected info from users can be made to evaluate a certain product.
