A survey tool that’s the best of the best.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Right now, Survey Gizmo is the best tool to have ever existed. I've been using other tools like it in the market and they all fail in comparison to SurveyGizmo. It also happened to be the first SaaS platform I recommendeded to my CEO. We still feel it's the best tool today for our growing startup. Its types of questions, high-level functionality, and integration with other tools is what makes it stand out in the crowded survey tool market.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing much to hate, to be honest. Expect a big learning curve when using some of its complex features. But for a majority of what you'll be doing, it's simple. It does an outstanding job in getting things done.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

SurveyGizmo began with client survey and ended up becoming our default tool for internal/external data gathering. We were able to custom code it to function as a small web app for certain jobs. We've yet to spot any weakness that SurveyGizmo can't do. Its advanced functionality such as e-signature and payment processing makes it an excellent payment processor, e-contract software, and a whole lot more! Your imagination could be what may limit you to SurveyGizmo's capabilities.
