What are the best aspects of this product?

We completely trust Survey Gizmo in doing our surveys. Since the launching of our business in 2009, we avoid playing around when dealing with surveys. Everything about the company is good: they know about the software, courteous, and friendly. We love doing business to local-based organizations and SurveyGizmo is the best we have (and it gets better everyday). We're amazed at how robust the platform became since we started from way back.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's a not a single thing we hate about it. We rarely carry out complex survey work. But there's nothing else out there capable of meeting our present and future requirements. We want clients to get that burden off their backs and give Survey Gizmo a go!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're constantly working with numerous non-profits. We make use of SurveyGizom for our electronics stakeholder engagement jobs. The tool simply works. Reporting tools are great. Its e-mail campaign featur is effectively and beyond helpful.
