A worthy price tag for an all-around product.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Flexibility seen in surveys and how willing SG's people are in landing the best solutions for us is what makes this product great. Located close to Fort Collins, they were able to send one of their own peoiple to directly help us in terms of usage. I like how it can be accessed via smartphone/tablet without involving any app downloads. It's a worthy product for its price. We use it weekly for around 40 people.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When it comes to survey creation, there are plenty of tabs with options concealed. Those same options weren't as intuitive as I thought intially. Making reports/exporting data involves an overwhelming number of options. I'm not at all sure if I even see any differences between them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We wanted to gather lots of data. And we wanted them all kept in the same format. We're really addicted in preserving the integrity of data and ensuring zero misspellings and errors. SG enabled us to do that easily!
