What are the best aspects of this product?

Since 2009, SurveyGizmo has been our partner in terms of carrying out surveys. Apart from producing professional and conclusive results, it is friendly and offers maximum potential for our survey work. The customer support is top notch as problems can be addressed quickly and with a follow up on the same. Over the years, it has made the product better by adding new features and functionalities to help make our work easier. It is a local company and we trust working with local companies. We can say that we are in a better place with SurveyGizmo and we cannot ask for a better one.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We speak for ourselves that with so many years working with SurveyGizmo, we take pride in what they have to offer. There is little or no to dislike about this product. So far, we cannot single out one thing we did not like about the tool. Although our survey projects are not complex, this tool is able to fully meet our need and that is all we can ask for. If you are looking for simple and effective survey tool, SurveyGizmo is the way to go and that is what we preach to our clients to adopt.

It provides us with reliable reports and an email option where you can send out surveys via email and monitor them on the same platform.
