Faster and dependable in conducting surveys

What are the best aspects of this product?

You can depend on this tool for whatever survey related issues. If you want to come up with attractive surveys that paint a clear image of what your customers think of your product, then SurveyGizmo is the way forward. T has an intuitive interface with great customer support. If you have any problems with using the tool, you can reach out and support will be at your disposal. There was this one time where the system had problems and I reached out to their support team. Help was provided where they directed me on how to go about overcoming the problem for the meantime. After a couple of weeks, they made a follow-up on the same issue with the same representative to inform me that they have debugged the glitch and everything is normal now. It does not get any better than that.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Upgrades can sometimes be a nuisance like the one they did with the reporting feature. It came with many problems that threatened to slow down how fast you can conduct your surveys. The new reporting feature had issues but I was able to reach out to their support team and get the help I needed. It is a good thing that they have the best customer support service as I was able to do my work without any major glitches with the help of a customer support representative.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has managed to improve how well we manage and analyze our data. I can now carry out surveys with ease and make the most out the experience. I can send out surveys, internally, our members and get that data or results within a short period. Also, it offers multiple ways you can design the surveys depending on your needs and then send them via emails for the respondents to take the surveys. With the consistent use of the tool, I can be creative and still have fun in how I manage data and this makes my work easier.
