What are the best aspects of this product?
If you know a bit of tech and have gone through some research experience in school, then that's all you really need to use SurveyGizmo. I'm a content writer with very limited database admin and programming experience. This platform is capable of meeting my small/medium-sized company requirements. It wasn't a big issue training colleagues in accessing survey data or creating basic surveys. We like how it's capable of copying surveys for testing new functionality, its drag-and-drop foramtting, and question bank.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Since we're operating with a number of sales divisions, we had to integrate plenty of logic in our questions. I made a suggestion for SG to let users do a majority of responses to questions so hidden/shown logic can be made. Other than that, there's nothing else to complain about.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
For the most part, we utilize SG in evaluating client satisfaction on our services. This lets us see which areas needs improving and to help spot which of our services/products are most known. We feel surveys are responsible for the loyalty of our customers. With out company growing, we're making use of SG to conduct in-house surveys to cut back on mass e-mails.
