What are the best aspects of this product?

Survey programming is simple and straightforward. It's helpful whenever I'm need of launching something quick. It does a good job in helping me showcase to other people how they should be doing their own survey launching. I like their reporting feature.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Their reporting feature is nice. But I was hoping there was some kind of viewer functionality where a user can log in to see results instead of getting e-mails with reports. When it comes to intricate conditioning, the programming appears to be clunky. It would appear that the "if then" should require programming that would lead to fewer steps. And there shouldn't be any involvement of separate pages within the tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're making use of internal surveys via Survey Gizmo. It's a lot faster and cost efficient compared to other tools. It's helpful in pushing our business forward. Feedback is also available when needed.
