What are the best aspects of this product?
SurveyGizmo enabled us to create surveys that offer excellent insight in terms our customer and patron experience! There were other options online for doing reporting and survey creation, but I think this is a gem that works best in terms of functionality, ease of use, and value. We were able to make everything ranging from radio buttons to surveys (checkbox) to intricate surveys to customized question types. We were able to all these with ease and had help from tech support when we need them most.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Even with a lot of great things in SurveyGizmo, there were some quibbles with it. These are usually problems seen after using it frequently and extensively. For reporting: whenever you're making changes, you'll need to go through this by question and then waiting for the report to load up again before moving on to the next! For updates: they make a lot and that's both a good and a bad thing!

Just like any survey software out there, the primary aim here is to get to know more. We've learned a great deal of benefits after carrying them out. Now, we can swiftly conduct surveys and extact them in real-time whenever we're in need of new data. Our surveys are used for varying customers and have successfully utilized them internally.
