What are the best aspects of this product?

It is an easy to use tool which offers countless features to help you out in creating and managing surveys. We are able to communicate with our customers effectively and learn about how they view our products. When you compare it with other related tools in the market, SurveyGizmo stands out the best of all. You get the best value for your money once you use sit for your surveys. From simple to complex surveys, this tool has given us the best user experience as we can design those questions the way we want them to appear to our customers in the form of surveys. All this is done with ease, and in the case where you may need help, the technical support is highly responsive to our queries. It has what you need, whether you are a starter or an expert in carrying out surveys.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are two aspects that did not impress me much with this product; the reporting and update sections. For the former, when you try to edit or filter a report such that it shows you results based on the ID or answers the respondents have given, it can be tiring and frustrating. You have to make those changes or edits in every question at a time. If there was a way to do it uniformly for all questions of that caliber it would save a lot of time and effort. However with a fast PC, you can do this at home and save time on the same. Although the updates are good for the performance of the product, they can alter things and put you in stalemate for example, if the updates come into effect, they may change how the menu appears which means you have to locate the menu all over again which can slow down how you do things.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can now create and send surveys to our customers within a short period. Whenever we feel the need for new information, we can create those surveys and find out what is missing in the market for our product. This helps us to be better in what we do as we can provide our customers what they need. It has powerful features yet simple to use, which is a plus on our side. You can upgrade to a better and more advanced plan depending on your survey needs. If you want it for simple surveys, you can go for a lesser plan and proceed to a more superior plan if you are looking to create complex surveys.
