What are the best aspects of this product?

It has a simple user interface. You will be able to find your way around the tool with ease if you are beginner. The set up and creating of questions for your survey is easy. In short, the user experience is friendly. It has an attractive appearance and themes which allow for customization. Although limited, you can tailor the theme according to your needs. It also allows you to export data from other platforms and analyze it on the platform. After that, you can produce reports on the results and interpret them later depending on your objective.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although adding logic is simple, it does not provide an easy way for one to do it unison. This can take a lot of time on your part. It would be nice if there was an easy way to validate the answers from the questions you get instead of doing it one by one. The reporting feature does not support Vietnamese which means that you have to do the translation on your own. This brings about unnecessary waste of time of translating the reports into English. Such language limitation can be corrected for future efficiency of the tool in reporting.

I can now conduct surveys on multiple target audiences for my company. SurveyGizmo makes everything look simple and provides powerful results. I can create survey questions in the shortest time possible and send them out. As customers respond to those questions, I can monitor the responses and produce reports for better analysis and interpenetration of the feedback. In short, it empowers me to carry out a professional research and make conclusion with ease.
