What are the best aspects of this product?
As long as you know a little bit about technical stuff and have some learned a bit of researching in school, then this platform can be the easiest thing to utilize. I'm currently working as a content writer. My database admin capabilities and computer programming skills are very limited. This software has the capacity to meet our small-to-mid-sized company's needs.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Since we're dealing with more than one sales divisions, we wanted to include logic into our questions. I made a suggestion to use SG in letting users do question editing responses by bulk. That way, the show/hide logic can be set up. Aside from that, there's really nothing much to complain about its functionality.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
For the most part, we're mostly utilizing SurveyGizmo in evaluating client satisfaction on the services offered by our company. It gave us the ability to spot areas that need improving. It also identifies which products/services are widely being used. We felt surveys help enhance the loyalty of our customers.
