What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is very little to say negative about the product. Its simplicity beats all as you can get started in a few hours, and create your first survey, with ease. However, it will take you time to learn how the complex part of the tool works in the case you want to conduct complex surveys. This is expected for any software and thus it should not be alarming. Once you get the hang of that, you can sail smoothly with conducting quality surveys. Despite the learning curve, you are good to go.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has done everything for us. We can use it to survey clients and determine what they need or want and provide it in plenty. Apart from the survey work, it has become an integral part in running our company. From payment processing to electronic signatures, it has come to replace EchoSign and PayPal as it plays their roles effectively. We are able to collect and analyze internal and external data whenever we want to carry out surveys. This has prompted us to code as a mini-web app for our internal surveys. There is no limit to what you can do with SurveyGizmo once you set your mind in making the best use of the tool.
