What are the best aspects of this product?

We've trusted a majority of our survey job to SurveyGizmo since our business was launched in 2009. We can't afford to fool around whenever we do surveys. Everything about the company has been great. They're friendly, professional, and are experts at what they do.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's not one thing I hate. We don't usually dab into intricate surveys. There's nothing better out there at the moment that can meet our present and future needs than SurveyGizmo. We suggest all clients to use this in getting that "monkey" off their back when it comes to doing surveys.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've been working with a number of non-profits. We utilize SurveyGizmo for our electronic stakeholder engagement functions. The platform really made it work for us. The reporting tools are spectacular.
