I like the fact it's straightforward and it's interface is easily understandable. It's also quick and easier to master its functionalities and even personalize your tasks. It keeps us updated with all our undertakings and they are also taking comments constructively and use them to improve their service quality.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Initially, I had a hard time figuring how the system works, and there were excessive steps to get what we wanted. Watching tutorials and getting assistance from their fantastic product support would help me get used to the tool.
