What are the best aspects of this product?

The functionalities are useful and I liked how it's very user-friendly. It is also capable of handling multiple responses, which is excellent.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One of its flaws is its inability to keep multiple logs in files. One has to leave first before someone can log-in, which is kind of stressful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Very useful in submitting evaluations to customers and we're able to manage loads of information that we sent to our customers efficiently.
