A minimalist appearance that makes a big difference.

What are the best aspects of this product?

SurveyMonkey is a really an up-your-face survey software with a simple appearance. It's ease of use is amazing. I favor its minimalist appearance since it makes survey creation view-friendly and organized. When I mention "minimalist" I meant it in a crip and modern-like way. That means none of that ancient Windows 98 stuff involving fill-in bubbles and a scrolling page with questions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm not into ads that are shown to respondents at the end of each survey. It's a bit weird (for me). I know they offer a free version but I felt the ads aren't involving anything related to the survey. Simply put, it makes the software and site less professional looking.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Links to the survey can be shared by means of an e-mail. Analytics are simple enough to read and follow through. Service is fantastic for doing small-time surveys. It also works with surveys that deal with a bit of complexity.
