What are the best aspects of this product?
I love the fact that they have a free version available. The version may have its limitations, but that's expected. One fine thing with running a free version is that it lets you make 10 quesions for every survey. This tool is really great and a lot of thought and effort has gone in making this tool work for businesses. Responses are simple enough to undertand and I like how I get e-mail notifications whenever I get a response.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I've been using SurveyMonkey e-mail to surveys, but there have been so many instances where my respondents end up not getting my survey. A majority of them would say my sent surveys sent to their spam folder instead. One way they can resolve this is my utilizing a link within the my personal company's e-mail so it won't be flagged as spam. It's my second option, but at times, I had to resort to doing that.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
My department is making use of surveys via our "internal customers" as part of the Key Performance Indicators. This platform assisted in setting up surveys within the cloud and deploying them to individuals I want in responding my surveys. I wanted to send out surveys to under 10 individuals for every completed project. SurveyMonkey was more than capable of doing this.
