What are the best aspects of this product?
Getting the chance to pick from templates made or having the option to make customizations according to certain needs. Being able to share survey with your network by means of a link or e-mail, and organizing the results into analytical reports are really great. The online UI is a breeze to use once you're able to get the hang of making surveys. Being able to integrate open-ended responses, question styles, and general response collections is a great feature. Leaving an open survey makes room for consistent data collection.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have to admit. It took several tries to understand how questions present themselves in the final survey copy. After a few attempts, I'm able to learn which ones need to be selected and which ones shouldn't be worth capturing. There are certain types of questions with varying settngs and concealed options. Missing out on a checkbox will lead to completely different results.
