SurveyMonkey is perfect for starting a quick survey. It's great for sending survey to different places within my company. You can kick off with a free plan and send out 10 questions per survey.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
While making use of a free plan is a good thing, it'd be a plus if more features were included. You're only limited to having 10 questions with the free version. Plus you're left with standard e-mail support. It's understandable for developers to make a profit, but it would be reasonable if the number of questions are limited to 20. 10 questions per survey is way too little.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This is a faster way of geting project status updates, feedback from customers, or registering for interest in certain events. Gaining access to something this powerful without cost offers tremendous value for us. We no longer have to pursue costly software.
