Easy to use survey tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

Survey Monkey allows me to create new form with any kind of suggestions. It provides lot of templates and you are allowed to use them for your own purposes. I like that there is data bank of the questions and it is well design so you can easily pull the information from and select the education. I often use this tool to get feedback from the students.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What I don’t like about this survey software is the inability to export data in free version. So I often use Google Forms for doing some surveys. I also want to say that Survey Monkey offers same options as other similar tools like Google Suite or Google forms, so if I’m limited in some way I can always turn to other solution.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps me to send out the surveys and to gather the information I need.
